These downtimes are not posted as a complaint. Rather, as per our earlier email correspondance, there apppears to be a discrepancy between my observations and what is recorded in the official server logs. Hopefully this can help with any troubleshooting.

First in the week following our emails (Mon. Feb 15 to Sun. Feb 21), I noticed zero server downtime.

Server down: Monday Feb. 22 10:58 PM eastern time
Number of players shown in "stuck" metaserver menu: 7
What I was doing: selling junk in Scorn weapon shop
Server up: Monday Feb. 22 11:50 PM eastern time (or a bit earlier)
Rollback: None, I was even still in the shop, not in my BoR.
Did I confirm the downtime by talking with other MetalForge players on another server during the downtime: Yes.

There was a server reset at that time.

Server down: Thursday Feb. 25 3:18 AM eastern time
Number of players shown in "stuck" metaserver menu: 8
What I was doing: selling junk in Scorn weapon shop (Again? Yeah, I know, what are the chances.)
Server up: Thursday Feb. 25 3:34 AM eastern time (or a bit earlier)
Rollback: None. Still in store, not in BoR.
Did I visit another crossfire server to test general net connectivity and metaserver access: Yes.
Did I confirm the downtime by talking with other MetalForge players on another server during the downtime: No. Couldn't find any.

No issues or problems with the server at the stated time.

Server down: Saturday Feb. 27 2:14 PM eastern time
Number of players shown in "stuck" metaserver menu: 6
What I was doing: Killing Hill Giants in Raffle1.
Server up: Saturday Feb. 27 3:05 PM eastern time (or a bit earlier)
Rollback: I was still in Hill Giant room. May have lost some progress, but unsure.
Did I visit another crossfire server to test general net connectivity and metaserver access: Yes.
Did I confirm the downtime by talking with other MetalForge players on another server during the downtime: Yes. Alestan.
