Stuck in Brest

I have gone to Brest and can't get out now - I can see that others have had the same experience, at least a while back. Is there still no way out of there except through the icy passes?
I feel quite strongly that when it is that easy to get in to a map, it should either be almost as easy to get out again, or you should meet monsters at least as bad as the ones you'll meet on the way out, so you don't go in, go to bed and are stuck more or less forever. It is disheartening to say the least to have built up a character (in my case lvl 25) and then find that you have to throw it away - if that is the way it is, I think I'll just give up crossfire altogether, which would be a shame, as the game has improved a lot since last I played.
Or could somebody establish a permanent teleport or similar that you can use by paying - even a fairly high amount - eg 10000p - would be OK, at least then you would know that it is doable and that there is a concrete goal. I think the map is badly designed as it is in this respect - you can get in and get stuck as soon as you have a port pass, and I could certainly get through most of the maps (I even had a serious go at Jessy); so it is ridiculous that you have to be, what, lvl 60+ to get out.
