Question about the Windows server

I was wondering, is it possible to alter the time it takes for maps to reset? I play the game by myself for the most part and so the time it takes for the maps to reset is a bit on the side of long and I don't want to have to do map resets manually, just bring the time down a bit.
Also, are there additional commands that can be used as part of starting the Windows server? If so, may I get what they do as well as what they are? (And if there is anything special I need to know about in relation to being able to use them within the context of Windows.)

There are two ways (as far as I know) to tweak the map reset time.
One way is to specify a reset time in the individual map file(s).
The other way is to tweak the values found in the config.h file. Doing changes here will require you to recompile the server for this change to go in to effect.

Not sure how to answer this.. Is this a generalized question or is there somethings specific that you want to do?

The Windows server is (unless someone introduced obfuscated code I didn't notice!

) the same as the Linux version. The only specific parameters are related to running the server as a Windows service.
