More message bugs, plus "pseudo-door" behavior.

Exploring the port: "the The rowdy sailor is closed" (and similar messages elsewhere)

In the dark forests: "You pound hard on the light brush leaving large dents.
You kick at the light brush, wearing at the hinges". (Not to mention unlocking and picking them!) OK, I see that you implemented brush/bush barriers in terms of doors, but can't you adjust the behavior and messages a bit?

Mostly I've just been letting the screwy messages slide, but this one was too rich:

"Cassowary's poison gives a painful rash to the you." Note the double spacing for bonus bogo-points.

In general, the messages get pretty confused about the effects of your own spells on yourself, typically multiple messages referring to the character variously as "you", by name, or even "the you" as above.

It would also be nice if the messages differentiated between the floor ("you can't lift a black marble") and something that's usually liftable, but this one is locked down ("you can't lift a chest").
