Dual Weapons Skill

Just Like how there's one handed weapons skill and two handed weapons skill, there should be dual weapons, where you can wield two one handed weapons at a time. Like a classic 2 swords or two (smaller than average) axes, or a sword and a crossbow. I think the game would be alot better this way for alot of people.

I believe weapons are quite powerfull items in tha game and thus giving someone 2 would be too unbalanced at the moment.
This GREAT game has more pressing problems, with balance, speed, and weapon vs magic etc.

if you limit dual wielding to specific weapons for the nonce, i see no problems that would be caused by implementing it... however if it was implemented wholesale, you would see a drastic change in the feel of the weapons because there would be combinations just too powerful...
another possibility would be make dual wielding a 'special setting' for the weapons... basically if you try to dual wield em the effects wont be as good as if you used them without another sword... could be explained by conflicting magical fields or some such XD
and im not sure what the two-hand exp does, or the one-hand exp does, but dual experiance lessens the penalty applied to the weapons or something similar? maybe later giving bonuses, but just lessening the penalty ought to work :O
i dont know what the single or two hand weapon skills do (if there is a two hand) but something like an initial 50% power drop (overall) on the dual wield swords, with +1% power restored per level, that should work decently well i think :O maybe less per level cause im not sure of the cap... and overall there would be a fixed attackspeed bonus since you have two weapons :O

Supposedly, attributes of two weapons should not be added. Using two weapons should slightly increase your attack, while not increasing your defence, compared to weapon/shield.
