Many of you have noticed that there are "new" coins available from stores; Jade and Amberium .

1 Amberium coin == 1000 Platinum coins
1 Jade coin == 100 Platinum coins

The coins are a light weight, high value currency. They were introduced for a couple of reasons. Fist and foremost, because it was possible for items to cost more platinum coins then a character could carry.

The coins should only be received when selling very high priced items to in-game stores & shops.

A.) One can now use the conversion tables in the Scorn bank to convert the jade and amberium coins to platinum coins

B.) At this time, the only way to get these coins is by selling high priced items to (any and all) shops. Or, of course, from other players.

C.) At this time, the only places that accept these coins for payment or (any and all) shops and stores. Well, other players might accept the coins as payment or trade.

As soon as this is fixed (and it may already have been when you're reading this), these coins will not be given by shops anymore. They are supposed to be rare, and shops don't keep them in stock -- just like you don't get 100-dollar bills when you go shopping. But all shops do accept them. The way to get one is by using a converter; there are converters back and forth in the Bank of Skud in Scorn. Other converters may be added to other banks later on.

Oh and btw -- 1amb = 100jade (10k plat)
