I have character and when I log in this character this was new play?.

It looks like you used the Quit Character command in some form. What that does is, it deletes your character.

It is best to find an Inn and use a "bed to reality" when you want to log out.

The quit command will delete your character.

Since I've seen you (or a presume it is you) on crossfire.metalforge.net - that server does not have or use permanent death. So, death is temporary.

Is possible restore this character? Is "daily reserve"?

I can restore zagaothal (not the one L at the end of the name) from July-22

It is done. Character was restored from that date.
