Map and server updated to v1.9.1, 2006-July-01

Post dated announcement from 2006-July-01.
The server is now running v1.9.1 which includes minor improvements, numerous stability enhancements and bugfixes. The map updates include new content - Easy House in Scorn and new quests in Forgotten Town.
