Saving log of a game

Hi, I'm new at this game.

I'm writing just for a simple question: is there any way, if I'm using Windows clients (java or gtk), to save the writings in the left windows (so, to save every command i gave during the game, every talk i had with an another player and so on?). If I try with cut&paste, i can't select anything.

Thank you, bye.

Hello Francesco,

I haven't tried with the Java client. But, here's what I found with the Windows GTK Client.

Is there a way to record all output? (ex: attack messages, shouts, chats, etc.)
Answer: Not that I am aware of.

Is there a way to record all commands entered?
Answer: Not that I am aware of.

Could this be accomplished with some scripting?
Answer: Maybe; the scripting possibilities of the client(s) are mystical magic to me.

Something I did not try though.. highlight the output text and keep it highlighted. Then try the paste command in another application such as Notepad.
