Server updated to 2005-Nov-04 CVS

The server (and map set) is now running the current CVS version as of 2005-Nov-04
NOTE: In-game message boards are offline at the moment
BIG CHANGE - Support for specialty shops; Prices for sold items depend on geographic location and shop preferences, for instance a weapon shop pays more for weapons then it does for spell books and vice versa
* All shop maps have been updated to support this change
Numerous bug fixes
* #1059537 - Remove code that "fixes" broken item names by removing a leading material name. This effectively renames "mithril chainmails" into "chainmails"
* #1256173 - Prevent mana transfer to/from caster himself; also create fireball for overcharges resulting from sucking mana
* #1102991 - Removed duplicate grapical display of the same monster
* #744327 - Prevent monsters from loosing hp or sp if they have negative Con/Pow. For hp, this made some monsters unkillable because they eventually had negative hp
* #1102975 - Bronze items now keep their + in alchemy
* #1082534 (monks with weapons): Now monks properly are denied from using weapons
* Fixed a bug in map loading (doors and fireplacs could have disappear)
* Hill giants and trolls can throw boulders again
* Untriggered TIMED_GATEs work again.
Make shops check if a player can afford all items, before buying any of them
RFE #1241712 - Added glowing crystal charge/max charge information in description
Changed altar behaviour. Now altar can check also against fullname of object. examples are: slaying bronze sword +2 slaying diamond of exceptional beauty
Allow a DM to cast spells and prayers in no-magic/no-prayer areas. Add new command "wizcast" to toggle this setting.
Make map reset command print names of players that are stopping it from working
Added "vial of poison" to the "shop_potion" treasure list.
Added amethyst to the treasureslist
Damage by area spells no longer depend on monster size; bigger monsters no longer suffer more damage because of size
Accelerated map loading and map saving to improve map transition load times
