Huge makeover

Okay, I have a suggestion here for various *MASSIVE* changes to the code. They should be simple and easy to implement; some of them at least, most DEFINITELY the skill mods.
First off: Dragons starting off with Evoker? No. Give them a new skill, "Breathweapon". Breathweapon can learn spells with attacktype matching the dragon's current focus, as well as those learned naturally. Also, according to Breathweapon, all spells are castable at level one. You just can't learn a higher level spell than your Breathweapon skill.
Also, Quetzals and Fireborns need a slight modification. Pyromancy is a natural ability for them; it shouldn't be treated as magic. Thus, the "Firebreathing" skill. All fire-based (NOT all pyromantic - they don't get lightningbreath!) spells that can be learned from books or naturally (table in a minute here) can be learned for Firebreathing.
Firebreathing natural spells (UPDATED):
Burning Hands (Level 1/comes with skill)
Small Fireball (Level 2)
Firebolt (Level 3)
Medium Fireball (Level 5)
Large Fireball (Level 10)
Dragonbreath (Level 15)
Meteor (Level 40)
Firebreathing and Breathweapon will still consume the appropriate amount of mana. They are NOT blocked by antimagic ground or by gods that deny magic usage (listen for my Valriel "update"). Only weapons affect their encumbrance, nothing else (shouldn't have a problem with that anyway). Failed spells do NOT simply fail, they blow up in your face:
Cone spells go every which way in bolt shapes
Bolt spells start on your square (thereby hurting you) and go a random direction
Ball spells do the same thing as stay-fire.
Valriel makeover:
He's based off an omnipotent god, so let's make him one. But, he's got a lotta laws to follow.
Bad things:
Godpower -100
NO_MAGIC
That should be more than enough to make up for a few more special prayers (non-exclusive), Godpower attacktype and poison, fear, DDD +100.
Extra special:
Peace
Staff to snake
Oh yeah. Holy artifact: Longinus' Spear. Slaying demon and cleric, attacktype godpower, DDD +100.
If Valriel's unbalanced as above, go ahead and heap on denied summoning. That should make things better. And if you HAVE to, take away the spear.
