Karate skill for everyone?

I will be on holidays for two weeks, so I won't be able to post - I hope you will manage without me

. However I wanted to post a thought I had.
I am wondering about the karate skill that my fireborn has. I was kind of sad to see my fireborn use the karate skill when he got it. It somehow does not seem plausible that a fireborn can attack by karate instead of the flame touch (same goes for dragons btw). My suggestion is to prevent fireborns, dragons and Q's from using karate, since they do not have the body for it. Maybe the karate skill might give them some additional damage (since karate teaches you also precision and where to hit), but keeps the original attack (including the attack type).
Just my 2 cents.

Yeah, but then they need an alternate way of crashing through walls

Rigth!
Now I remeber why they had that skill... it's for walls.. ok a better fix is needed, anyway "punching" sound much better than "katate" for walls.

what sounds like the "right" fix is a "digging" skill that can
only harm walls. Or perhaps allowing them to wield shovels and nothing else but shovels (but that would require quit a bit of special-casing).
Although IMHO this is very low in the list of priorities

Fierborn can melt them-selves through a wall.. they are hot afterall.. it may take a while....
Dragons are massive creatures by default.. so are the Q.. they just crush through walls...

earthwalls melt? Last time I checked, earth doesn't melt

and if they're made of clay, applying heat to them would only make them more resistent.

a bit of stupid science: heat on clay make it hard enougth that it become more fragile than a crystal

and break with a blow.
Apart this, the digging skill is the thing to add, lalo is rigth

How does a fireborn dig as it doesn't have hands?

that's the mistery

this is why I thought perhaps allowing them to wield shovels could sound better.
In-game explanation: As seen when they use talismans, rings, and wants, fireborns
can mainpulate solid objects; however, they can't move them fast enough to use them as weapons (so a fireborn can hold a sword, but not hit someone with it). As digging with a shovel doesn't require speed, therefore they can use it; however, hitting someone with the shovel is out of question.
OTOH, as I said previously, even if this sounds nice I don't think it's important enough to draw attention away from whatever is being done ATM.
