starting resistances on characters

seems silly to me that you can kill fireborns with fire. shouldnt they start out with +100 resist to fire? i know this is to try to balance the game, and would require them to be even more fragile but its like putting out your campfire with a blow torch...

However some spells that you think of as fire, also have a different attack type. This isn't spoiler sectoon, but lets say that some spells travel in a form that does non fire damage, then explode and do fire damage.

me was hit by them. they do physical damage until they explode. and my fireborn had +30 fire when it started, odd...
i guess this topic is closed now, unless anyone wants to investigate...

it had only +30 when i started, but i joined rugilli, and it rose to +100, then i joined mostrai, and its still at +100.
but a question about skill scrolls. could they check body parts availible so dragons and fireborns dont end up with one handed and two handed weapons? starting as evocer, you get one handed, but it really shouldnt be given to things that cant weild weapons. my fireborn already has lvl 4 in one handed
