Now that's unfair :)
I develop under Windows, then make sure it works under Linux - like my mapbuild patch (granted, not yet used as no map for it).

Ok, most developers will patch when it works for Linux, then I make sure it works under Windows. But most of the times it's ok right away, as it's common C.

I have to agree with Ryo that there *is* some actual development happening on Windows, although the "main" platform seems to be Linux. I think getting more Windows developers wouldn't be bad. Most of Windows games tend to look better and more attractive, too..

Actually, I think the question of whether it's developed on this or that platform doesn't matter. The better question is, what is being developed? :)

Most changes are crossplatform in the first place (ok, stuff like client scripts & such don't work yet under Windows), so whatever the development platform, it should work everywhere.

As for Windows games being better than Linux ones, that's another issue: many Windows games are commercial, with all resources that implies, resources we don't always have.

To make it short: let people develop, whatever the platform :)
Some people will make sure it'll work on all platforms, or at least compiles (like client scripting).
