You're saying a quest to make the exp loss normal? But then there would still be dieties with very large losses when converting from Mostrai/Valriel. And I think those two are used to level often.

I think he means a quest that would lessen the xp loss when switching gods by setting you to neutral, then converting over.

Neutral as in agnostic? (No exp loss.)
Neutral as in on the scale? (Median exp loss.)
First seems overpowered.
I think you mean second, but what if allied dieties had their servants complete the quest and switch over, losing more exp than otherwise would have?
Also, the curren loss is a bit mean. There should be a percentage loss, not one that goes until you're reduced by fifty levels.
