bug with sense_curse/experience gaining in General Store

I'm guessing if permanent experience is disabled it doesn't show in the output, as the percentage would always be 0.

Start a new character and see if you observer this happening again.

If so, update the server to the latest CVS version, start a new character and see if this issue happens again.
