Can I suggest a 1.6.1 Total client install, bundeled with GTK-Runtime-Environment-2.2.4.1.

I have all dlls and everything inside the "Crossfire GTK Client" directory, and that works fine, and when I zip it its just 16 Mb, and after unpacking it, it workd just fine on another computer.
(New character might have to "bind northwest" etc...for all directions but that might have been just 1.6.0)

Is it illegal to Bundle GTK-Runtime, if not please do for people with better bandwith than computer skill/patience.

BTW I love to see 15 people playing at my favorite server :) It could be 25 if you do this right.

That wouldn't be a good idea. That way, every time there is a new version players would have to download the gtk libraries in vain. Also, if you suggest that for every version there would be a normal package and one with GTK bundled in, imagine how much space we would end up wasting. Sourceforge.net has got a limit, after all. Also, Crossfire is not the only program/game for Windows that uses GTK.

Downloading and installing GTK can't be that difficult, can it?
