I know this forum is several months old, but I was just leafing through the topics and I know from experienced that you need to rename "Libpng12.dll" to "Libpng.dll". Then, it should work. For the 1.7.0 client, you need to have Libpng12 instead of Libpng but for the 1.6.0 you must rename this.
