gtk 2.x not supported ?

GTK client runs perfectly well under Windows with GTK2 (2.6.8, latest). No modification required, everything's in CVS. It's just a matter of using the correct flags.

so when is this going to make the main release? or could we just get some unofficial binaries in cvs/the forum?
