Changing original elemental focus for fire hatchling

When I selected an electricity hatchling for a new character I created, I noticed something funny:

Despite starting with an electricity focus, I still had burning hands and medium fireball abilities, which just do not fit with the idea of an electric dragon.

Perhaps something needs to alter the starting spell abilities based on the starting elemental focus.
