Western Navar Tower

How does one get up to the higher levels of the tower in W. Navar Tavern? Is it a password? Or do I need to find the corpse of Sarnach? If so, where?

It is a password.

Other places that contain this password information (as best as I can tell..) are City de Clouds and Zealot House.

City de Clouds? But I need to get past this altar to get there, n'est ce pas? But Zealot's House I should be able to find, I think :-)
