Azumauindo?

Azumauindo?
How can I get to Azumauindo? I have found a boat to a small island where I have to drop the "Kabuto of Geisya", but there seems to be no hints of any sort anywhere. Is this an unfinished map?

The map and map set is finished.
The item they are asking for is a very(!) thorough(!!) description of the item, not the actual name of the item.
Find something like it elsewhere in the world and then use that to turn in and gain access.
