Where to get more spells?

I am now lvl 70, 40+ praying, but only around 10ish for the other magical abilities. I have been around most of the maps (I think), but I never find any new spells that I haven't already learned or at least seen many times before - and none seem to require more than lvl 20 or so. Where do people go to look for them?

The magic shop in the mountain village near Darcap/Dtabb.

The shop has over 400 books for sale.
