Ryo> No. I had a whole bunch of warnings fly by, without it caring :)
And I *have* gotten it to compile--it just infinite loops. However, a patch for an infinite loop in gcc 3.3 has been mailed to cf-dev, so i may try again later with that one

It just stops at the first fatal one, and that's one of the typecasting ones ryo is trying to fix--as in, merely a warning in MSVC

as usual, crossfire-dev = my modified copy, crossfire = cvs copy
this code fixes a bunch of typoes that were cut-and-pasted across the entire project. and yes, i REALLY hate mailing lists that much.

Problem with minGW is it spews more errors than Cygwin. Sorry. I'll just switch to MSVC and sit this one out... Anyone else interested in trying to make it work under MinGW?

I use build director the least--make it like the build wall spells, so that it stays until map reset, and then we'd have some usefulness...
