In nethack, females are able to lay eggs (when polymorphed into an egg laying creature), while males are not. Also polymorphing, there is a chnace of changing sex. There are behavioural differences around incubi/succubi, (which one is attracted to you, what they will do with regard to rings, etc ...

Thanks, yes, I know about that (took me forever to get past those blasted rock crushers though!)

But generally, in pupland, there's more than one way to do these things - and it's just bugging me that I can't find a way past Cordish... Maybe there actually isn't??
